Friday, June 22, 2012
Google Started a project yesterday with an idea of saving the dying languages. It is a social service project which helps to bring back the culture of the Natives.
The website is called endangeredlanguages.com. Users can upload video, audio or text files in any languages.
They can also keep the content up to date.
A diverse group of collaborators have already begun to contribute content ranking from 18th century manuscripts.
The main feature of this is that People can share their know knowledge and research directly through this website. This will be a great help for the language lovers.
This is the first website which is created for protecting social values of a nation or states.
People can post or upload texts or any other stuff in their desired languges. So they can preserve their native languages.
